Up-lighting

Our battery-powered up-lighting is appropriate for all event types. Lights are placed at the base of the floor shining up walls, columns, or trees and this adds visual flare creating a classy ambiance in any event setting including outdoors. They can be customized to match your color scheme.

Monogram Image (also known as a "Gobo")

Personalized design 100% customizable! The bride and groom’s names are engraved on a metallic, or glass disc, called gobos. This disc is projected onto the wall or dance floor and provides a sharp clear image of your name in lights. We have hundreds of beautiful design templates to choose from, so we are confident that you will find a design that suits you.

Projector and Screen

Can be used to present a picture slideshow or to play music videos during your event.

Dancing on a Cloud

This is a spectacular upgrade that will WOW your guests for a lifetime! Dancing on a cloud is accomplished using a low-lying dry ice fogger. This elegant effect is perfect for any type of romantic dance including bride and groom’s first dance, sweet 15/16, father/daughter dance, or generation dance. The fog lasts 4-5 minutes and never rises above 12-18 inches so it will not trigger fire alarms.

Fog Machine

Our standard fog machine emits a thin layer of fog which can last for the duration of the event. It is an absolute must when using lasers and is ideal for Halloween events and school dances. This fog rises so it can trigger fire alarms.

Disco Ball

A necessity for a 70s or 80s themed party.

Photobooth

A classic with a modern twist adds functionality and elegance to any event! We offer open air or enclosed photo booths. Our enclosed photo booth’s are private and seats up to four guests per session. Our open-air booth’s can far fits as many as 14 guests and counting! Its touch screen is user friendly and the high-resolution camera will take beautiful photos of you and your guests. Cold Spark Machines

Wow your guest with this amazing “cold” sparkler machine! It is safe for indoor use and is perfect for grand entrances or surprise announcements. When used in conjunction with dancing on the cloud, this effect will create the most memorable 1st dance that your guest will never forget!

Flawless Event Planner

The Event Coordinator oversees most aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events. Typical responsibilities for the Event Coordinator include meeting with clients to work out event details, plan specific events, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff, and cleanup.

Flawless "Day Of" Event Coordination

Unlike a full event planner, who is in charge of all decisions and activities throughout the whole planning process, a day-of coordinator assist only on the day of your event. Typical responsibilities include planning the timeline, coordinating with other venders for special events, and working to help your event run smoothly and stress free as possible.
